Paulipocketeats is relocating to the Scottish Highlands.

Meal Prep will return to Edinburgh & Fife for a final month in February.

Menu will be released Monday 5th February 2024 for delivery on Sunday 11th February 2024.

Weekly meal prep menus will appear here every Monday and be available to order until close of play on Friday. I’m playing around with lots of new recipes to add variety to the weekly menus so some dishes won’t have my own images yet!

Nutritious meals freshly prepared and roughly between 400-600 kcal (based on MyFitnessPal recipe builder, only as accurate as the app). Click on options to see macros and allergens. You can log your meals on MyFitnessPal but you need to be friends with ‘Paulipocketeats’ to copy from my food diary.
