How do I order?

Subscribe to the paulipocketeats mailing list to receive weekly changing menus direct to your inbox. Pick and choose how many meals/which options you’d like and submit your order via the online shop. You should be able to create an account for ease if you order regularly. Your order will be confirmed via email.

Do I have to order every week?

No. You order for your convenience.

Is there a minimum order per week?

No. You can order just one meal if you’d like. However, if you order a bundle deal you’ll receive discount at checkout using the following codes:

5 meals - 10% discount - 5DEAL

10 meals - 15% discount - 10DEAL

When do I order?

You’ll receive a weekly changing menu every Monday. This will open up pre-orders for the following week. The deadline for orders will be MIDNIGHT Friday.


Do you cater for allergies & dietary requirements?

Yes. Each meal option has allergens noted in the description on the online shop.

Each week there will be a vegetarian and/or vegan option and certain ingredients can be swapped out in certain meals to suit you - just drop me a message if you have any questions about the weekly menu and I’ll see what I can do.

Can I log my meal via MyFitnessPal?

Yes. However, they do not appear via search. You will need to be friends with ‘paulipocketeats’ and copy the meals from the diary to yours using the name stated on the weekly menu card i.e. ‘paulipocketeats spicy pork noodles’. All meals will be uploaded when the weekly menu is released so you can check macros in advance. Macros will also be noted on your weekly menu card.

How long will my meals last?

Meals will note a ‘best before’ date in line with my recommended eating period. A majority of meals will last you through to Friday if stored in the fridge. If you freeze your meal before this date please refer to the question below.

How do I cook my meals?

Refer to your weekly menu card for instructions. Depending on the power of your microwave, most meals will take around 3-4 minutes to reheat. Remove the lid, pop inside to heat through (checking half way to see if it needs a stir) and enjoy!

Can I freeze my meals for a later date?

Yes. Any meals which can be frozen will be noted online within the dish description & on the weekly menu card. You can freeze for up to 3 months. When removing from the freezer, please reheat straight away or defrost thoroughly. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before eating!

Can I cancel or return any meals once I have ordered?

You can cancel your order with 48 hours prior notice and a refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, I do not offer any returns as all meals are cooked fresh to order. If you are unsatisfied with any meals you receive, please contact me directly to discuss.


When do you deliver?

Home deliveries will be every Sunday evening.

What areas do you deliver to?

I've expanded deliveries to include Edinburgh, Lothians & Fife (within 35 miles from Edinburgh city centre).

How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat rate of £5.00.
